iConvert Group Limited ("iConvert", "we", "us", "our") takes privacy seriously and is committed to ensuring a safe online experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
We contract directly with most of our clients to provide our services. We also make our services available to certain affiliate partner networks who on-provide our services to their respective clients. In this Privacy Policy, the term "Clients" includes both groups.
We collect personal information about:
- End users who visit Client sites — see Part I below
- Clients and other visitors to our own website — see Part II below

Part I — Information for end users who visit Client sites
What personal information do we collect, and how?
The iConvert solution does not collect, process or store any personally identifiable information about end users on our clients' sites. Our solution works by receiving anonymised data which cannot be linked back to other information by us to identify end users.
Our solution sees the following anonymously:
1. Browsing activity captured through a pixel tag deployed on Client sites, including approximate location data, the referring site URL where the session started, and details about the device — type (e.g. mobile or tablet), brand, model, operating system name and version, browser name and version, language, protocol, and unique device identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iPhone, Google adID on Android).
2. Page-level activity: pages visited on Client sites, the time and duration of visits, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), and the methods used to browse away from a page.
3. Ad-related events: the number of ads displayed and whether or not an ad was clicked.
We do not collect any sensitive information (such as data relating to health or religious beliefs). We do not create or use segments that rely on sensitive personal information for the purposes of online behavioural advertising.
Part II — Information for Clients and visitors to our own website
What personal information do we collect?
We may collect the following categories of personal information from you:
Voluntary Data — your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, payment and credit card information, passwords, and any other personal information you voluntarily submit when you subscribe, register, complete forms, enter competitions or purchase products on our website, or correspond with us (via our website or otherwise).
Behavioural Data — data relating to your browsing activity collected through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and similar technologies ("Tags") deployed on our website or in emails we send you, including:
- IP address
- Referring site URL where your session started
- Device details: type, brand, model, operating system name and version, browser name and version, language, protocol, and unique device identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iPhone, Google adID on Android)
- Pages visited and activities on our site, including products viewed or purchased, the time and duration of visits, page interaction (scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs) and the methods used to browse away from the page
- Approximate geolocation (e.g. postcode) derived from your IP address

How we use this information
The primary purposes for which we collect personal information are to:
- Verify your identity
- Improve our services and develop and market new products and services
- Carry out requests you make on our website
- Investigate or deal with enquiries or disputes
- Comply with applicable laws and the requirements of any court or regulator
- Enforce our agreements with Clients and vendors
- Protect the rights, property or safety of us, our Clients, our website visitors, or other third parties
- Provide support for the provision of our services
- Use as otherwise permitted by law

- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
